To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have compiled below all the practical information you may need. Whether it’s planning your arrival, organizing activities on-site, or simply getting acquainted with our facilities, we are here to offer you an unforgettable holiday experience in an enchanting setting.
For arrivals and departures in the cottages, check-in time starts from 3:00 PM. However, you have the option to register from 1:00 PM and enjoy the camping facilities. As for departure, it must be done by 10:00 AM on the scheduled day.
Regarding camping pitches, arrivals are permitted from 2:00 PM and departures should be made before 12:00 PM. Please note that some flexibility is possible on weekends or mid-week, especially during the low season. In case of late arrival until 10:30 PM, a guard will accompany you to your pitch, and registration will be done the next morning at the reception.
Regarding pets, they are allowed (except for first and second category dogs) on pitches and for year-round residents, subject to a nightly fee (see rates upon booking). However, it should be noted that they are not allowed in rental cottages.
Regarding vehicle access and parking, only one car can be parked on your pitch for the entire duration of your stay. Other vehicles must be parked in the outdoor parking area, subject to a nightly fee (see rates upon booking). Please note that vehicle access is closed from 10:30 PM to 8:15 AM. After 10:30 PM, you can leave your vehicle in the monitored outdoor parking area. For departures before 8:15 AM, remember to remove your car the previous evening before 10:30 PM.
As for sanitary facilities, Camping La Yole has 3 sanitary blocks equipped with shower cabins and sinks, including 3 family shower cabins, 2 cabins with baby baths, 3 cabins with showers and handicapped-accessible toilets, and 2 laundries (washing machine, dryer, ironing table). A heated sanitary space is available during the low season.
Finally, regarding access and opening hours, Bontempo Village La Yole is open from mid-March to late October for year-round residents and from early April to mid-September for rentals. Reception hours are as follows: from March to October from 8:15 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and in July and August from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM without interruption.
